Nate is a veteran of the consulting, data and analytics services, and CPG industries. His career includes management and senior leadership positions with General Mills, Boston Consulting Group and IRI. In addition to his experience leveraging data and analytics to achieve results measured by earnings growth and customer engagement and loyalty, he brings a strong strategic background to the unique challenges and opportunities in the pharmaceutical marketing sector. Jim O’Dea

Chairman

When direct-to-consumer opportunities were first opening up for pharmaceutical companies, Jim O’Dea saw beyond the traditional media options that were available at the time. As the former CEO of Rx EDGE, he led the development of a new communication channel for pharma brands – the aisles of the pharmacy. Jim’s path to pharmaceutical marketing services started in CPG, with executive leadership positions at Nestle, Nabisco, Procter & Gamble, and the in-store merchandising company News America. This background put him in a position to understand the power of the retail environment as a platform to bring information and education to consumers. Jim is a graduate of Gettysburg College and completed the Executive Management program at Cornell University.

Michael Byrnes

Executive Vice President, Sales

Mike has been with Rx EDGE since its inception. He has worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers for the last 20 years, implementing marketing programs across multiple mediums and disciplines. In his current position he oversees sales activities for all patient acquisition and adherence marketing programs and integration into the Rx EDGE networks. Prior to joining Rx EDGE Mike held pharmaceutical sales and management positions with Weider Publications and Capital Publishing based, in New York City, and was Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Sales at Third Age Media in San Francisco. A graduate of The University of Dayton, Mike received his B.A. in Communication Management and completed executive training at the Wharton School of Business.

Kathleen Bonetti

Executive Vice President, Marketing

Kathleen leads marketing strategy and implementation and is responsible for building Rx EDGE presence in the pharmaceutical industry. Her responsibilities include developing sales support tools, publishing industry articles, creating white papers, and directing our involvement in trade shows and conferences. Prior to joining Rx EDGE Kathleen served in a number of promotional marketing leadership roles in the consumer packaged goods sector at Kraft Foods and Quaker Oats. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.

Rob Blazek, RPh

Senior Vice President, Networks and Analytics

Rob is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the pharmacy retailers that make up the Rx EDGE network as well as finding innovative ways to deliver value to the company’s clients through leveraging Insight EDGE targeting platform and program measurement services. He was previously with CVS, where he oversaw the implementation and analysis of direct-to-patient programs, in-store advertising, and other large database driven initiatives. A registered pharmacist, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.

Tracie Young

Chief Financial Officer

Tracie leads Rx EDGE Finance and Human esource departments. She previously held financial and accounting positions in regional public accounting firms as well as in the telecommunications industry. Tracie works closely with pharmaceutical clients to insure a smooth contracting process in accordance with their company’s legal and financial protocols. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and she is also a CPA.

Carrie Heisen

Vice President of Operations

Clients can rest assured that their Rx EDGE programs will be implemented flawlessly thanks to Carrie. Her responsibilities include production, delivery, installation, process automation, product development, creation of program store lists, and supervision of in-store merchandising. She also manages the proprietary system that supports our highly complex fulfillment process. Carrie was previously in Category Management with Walgreens, which gave her considerable insight into the retail sector. She received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.

Julie Hogrefe

Art Director

Julie leads design and creative services for all Rx EDGE Pharmacy Networks client programs and internal marketing elements. Julie possesses an extensive background in all facets of design. Her focus is on delivering high quality work with rapid turnaround, whether it involves creating a brand-new concept or making modifications to existing creative. Julie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Graphic Design from Southern Illinois University.
